Photography & Videography
To post content on Social Media, you have to have content, and to have content you have to make content. Let us help you create eye catching content that represents your brand and tells your story.
1hr Content Creation Session – $150.
The creating side of Social Media can be very overwhelming, take us to work with you and let us create in your space.
– On location photography and vertical videography session (on location can be your office or another location of your choosing)
– Lots of possibilities; product photography or videos, videos of staff as they work, behind the scenes, a pre-planned shoot, hang out and capture everything you see, or a little bit of everything
– Photos delivered as edited JPG files
– Videos delivered as edited MP4 files
Content Sorting & Editing – $25/hr*.
Have you take a ton of photos and videos but now don’t know what to do with them? Let us sort and edit your content. Turn the massive amount of raw material into postable photos and videos.
– Sort content into folders based on date/type/usability or other as defined by client
– Edit the best videos (generally 60-70%), edits can include; brightening, colour correction, cropping, aspect ratios, cutting and trimming length, exporting pieces of clips, and other things as needed
– Edit the best photos (generally 30-50%), edits can include; brightening, colour correction, simple imperfection fixes, aspect ratios, cropping, filters or batch Lightroom edits
Not all photos and videos submitted will be edited
*Price will be quoted at the beginning of the project based on how many and how large the files are
Event Photography – $75/hr.
When running an event it is extremely important to take photos, let us be your event photographers and ensure that you have professional memories captured
– 1 photographer (plus one assistant when needed)
– Photos will be delivered as edited JPGs
Staff Headshots – $75.
Having all of your team member’s headshots on your website is a great way to allow customers to get to know you.
– On location headshots for up to 10 team members (we come to your office)
– Approximately 70 minutes
– Additional team members for $7/each
Branding & Communication
Having a clear brand with communication guidelines is key to ensuring that you media and communications are consistent and effective. Let us help you build your brand and create short or long term communication plans.
Brand Audit & Guide – $75.
We will review and audit your current brand (logo/copy/colours/fonts/etc.) and lead you through creating a branding guide.
– A collaborate brand guide. This guide will include your mission and vision, your audience, how to use your logo, what fonts and colours can be used, what are the standards for print and digital media, your brand’s voice and how it will communicate, and more.
Communication Plans – $25/hr.
It is impossible to achieve a goal without a plan. We will help you create communication plans for long or short time periods or campaigns.
Email & Website
Your website and ongoing email communications are essential parts of your online presence, let us make sure that they are communicating your messages in a clear and up to date manner.
Website Modernization & ReDesign – $250.
Don’t get stuck in an outdated template because it’s all you know. Let us help make your website look and function exactly the way that you want.
– We begin with a website audit, provide our review and suggestions, then brainstorm together and plan out the content and design
Your organization must be paying for the tier of website builder that allows for the design you desire (DON’T STRESS – we can help your figure this out)
Website Maintenance – $100/mo.
Website maintenance has two key elements, 1.Updating pages on your website to reflect the most current information and 2.Going through your website to ensure there are no mistakes and that all links/plugins are working correctly.
– Weekly updates to up to 4 pages (examples; schedule/menu information, winners of contests, changes in hours or dates, volunteer of the month, etc.)
– Monthly website audit of all pages and plugins
– Monthly analytics report with a 15 minute call to discuss
Website Audit – $50.
How do you know if your website is functioning properly and if you should make any changes? We perform a website audit and give you a report of our findings.
– Manual reading of each page with link checking
– A 20 minute call to go over our findings and recommendations
Email Set-Up & 3 Month Email Maintenance – $250.
Email marketing is an important way of connecting with your audience. Let us help you get started
– We will start by setting up your email service (MailChimp or other) and creating a plan to get email addresses from your audience
– 3-month email plan (singular or multi campaign) with up to 10 emails
– Bi-weekly report with observations (monthly 15 min walkthrough)
